The pretty Hawker P 1052, an experimental aircraft, was basically a Sea Hawk with swept back wings! This is the second aircraft, which crashed in April of 1951 killing the pilot, S/Ldr 'Wimpy' Wade. Much of the data gained in this project was employed on the Hawker Hunter.
