July 17, 1992 and it is the morning after the Russian Air Traffic controllers
almost railroaded two fuel critical aircraft into disaster. The crew that
went to Novosibirsk Airport early the morning, which was when Paul Hollenbeck
took this picture of a Russian helicopter crew, were dissappointed when the
rumor of the IL-76 showing up with the fuel turned out to be false, they then
met the Mayor of and got a shortened tour of the city while they afternoon
crew, which woke up late after staying up late after almost dying, got their
when the fuel arrived and went about refueling all the aircraft.
