We couldn’t have asked for better weather or a better turnout for the Annual Memorial Day Parade and BBQ. It was a beautiful way to honor our fallen heroes.

    The Recreation Committee cannot do this alone, in fact we were thankful to have so many volunteers this year. Thank you to the Sandisfield Police and Fire Departments for all your efforts to make this happen. Thank you to Maria Domato for donating the American Legion Post #456 so our community could gather on this day of remembrance.

    Thank you to the Lee High School Marching Band, who once again were stars in our parade.

    Thank you to many individuals for all their efforts to help organize this event; Eric Pachulski, Zoe Nelson, Janey Beardsley, Roseanne Skrip, Dennis Oleson, Matt Gallagher, Chapin Fish, Dan Antoniazzi, Michael Murray, Dawn Pachulski, Brad Schomburg, Susan Galik and Billie Pachulski.

    Thank you to the Cemetery Committee for all the wreaths and effort to display them. Thank you to the Council on Aging for donating the ice cream.
